Commercial Finance Business Opportunity
Experienced financial advisers or
mortgage brokers to administer, package and negotiate
business finance applications on behalf of our
customers.
We are contracting with an
increasing number of new clients on a monthly basis to
the extent that we would project being able to provide
the right person with approximately 10 good quality
applications for finance per month to administer and
process.
All your customers have been
visited by a sales person and have committed to utilise
our services and agreed to our terms of business.
Applications for finance are
generally for amounts between £25,000 and £2million and
are all secured by some kind of asset (mainly land or
property).
This is not a sales
opportunity.
Remuneration is paid on a
commission only basis at
½% of the loan
amount or £500 whichever is higher.
On target earnings projected at
£60,000
per annum.
Regional Commercial Finance Manager (Sales Consultant)
Corporate Advances Ltd arranges
commercial mortgages and business finance for businesses
across the United Kingdom.
The position involves travelling
from your base throughout the UK, visiting prospective
clients at their business premises or their homes to
discuss their funding requirements and with the
objective of persuading the prospect to contract with
Corporate Advances Ltd in respect of their funding
requirement.
In addition to the appointments
arranged for you, there is an opportunity to earn
further commissions by visiting and building
relationships with financial services intermediaries in
your area; - financial advisors, mortgage brokers etc
who have clients requiring business finance and who do
not have the experience or expertise to place the cases
themselves.
Generally, five days per week are
spent travelling. Our sales people often travel over 100
miles per day, although on the basis that we are
recruiting people throughout the UK, we always try to
arrange appointments within a reasonable distance from
your base.
Remuneration is paid by results and
immediately to the extent that commission is paid at
£150 per committed application received (i.e. successful
appointment). We do not pay a basic salary. In addition
to this, for every case referred to us from financial
services intermediaries you contact you will be paid a
commission at £50 per formal application. For example,
if you visit 100 financial services companies over a
period of time and 20 of them refer one application per
month, you will be paid an additional commission of
£1000 per month.
Most of our sales people see between one and two people per day. Therefore it is probable that you will earn between £150 and £300 every day you work for Corporate Advances plus additional commission from referrals.
It is most important that you have a reliable car, for which we pay a mileage rate
